We deliver your Petcha order to you as soon as possible. More importantly, we do our best to make shipping charges affordable and reasonable, no matter where you live – in the city, or in the regional/remote areas of Australia.
We use two shipping carriers – Australia Post and MLM Parcel Delivery, so you can choose the shipping option that suits you best. If you live in an urban area, Australia Post could be the cheaper option. If you live in a regional or remote area, MLM Parcel Delivery provides an efficient delivery time frame.
1. Australia Post. The following two shipping methods of Australia Post are available,
1) Parcel Post, which is the standard delivery option. It can take 1 to 5 business days;
2) Express Post, which is the express delivery option. It can take 1 to 3 business days.

2. MLM Parcel Delivery. It takes 1 to 5 business days.
The shipping charge of your order is provided with the above three options (two from Australia Post and one from MLM) at the Check Out page, where you can choose the best option that suits you. You can also estimate the shipping charge at the Shopping Cart page.
